pregnancy sleeping issue

pregnancy sleeping issue

I am about 7 weeks and have been having trouble sleeping.  I would get so tired after work and would go to bed early but by 2 or 3 in the morning, I would be awake. have the irge to pee then can't go back to sleep until after 5 in the morning.  I am so miserable.  Any advise.  I don't remember being that bad with my first born.

Also morning sickness, I had it real bad last week but it eases up quite a bit this week, is it normal?  No MS at all my 1st pregnancy.
Thanks!

I went through the same thing. For me it was just a phase.  You do what you can to get through it. Take naps when you need to.

For me when I can't sleep, I change rooms and that helps a lot of the time.  I go sleep on the couch or in the guest room.

I'm 6w5days and I've been going through that same trouble. Sometimes reading can help put me back to sleep, but that may just be me, worth a shot though if you can't think of anything else.

I just wanted to say I feel for you!!  I didn't have any trouble sleeping during the beginning of my pregnancy, but now I'm 33 weeks with twins and sleep doesn't exist anymore.  I would recommend trying the couch or a huge comfy reclyner - that sounds like it just might work.  Hang in there.

Congrats!  I didn't know you were pregnant again!  I was so miserable with all of my pregnancies, I found sleeping with my last one to be the worst.  I would wake up like that and couldn't get myself to relax, or I was up sick the whole night.  I had bad m/s each time, mine lasted through most of the second triemster, lifted for a little bit and cam back the last month.  I did have good days and bad ones though.  You might even be lucky enough to have it pass so soon.  I wouldn't worry, it will come and go.  Hope ully you'll get more rest soon.  It is harder to chase after a little one while pregnant.  I was way more worn out, make sure to rest and take care.

I think so, I would ask your Dr.  It's just Tylenol with Benadryl in it.
