pregnant and taking vicodin

ok this is hard for me to write but i would like some advice i am 25 weeks pregnant and had taken vicodin for the past 4 1/2 weeks so since my 21st week. today is my last day of taking them so i will be off of them for i say about 15 weeks depending on if i have my baby early. my question is do yall think my child will be born with withdrawls? and has anyone been in a similar position and there baby was born healthy? and has anyone taken vicodin during pregnancy and there baby born with withdrawls? i had to see a neurologist for headaces and she gave me a script for ten tylenol 3's but i had an old pescription of vicodin and thats how i had them to take. the nuerologist really freaked me out about taking them while pregnant i know all docs have diff opinions on this subject. i have spoken to one of the nurses on here and she had been a ton of help but would just like to hear from some women who have been in my situation. thanks again
