i had a miscarriage on July 23, 2010. I have not had my monthly periods, but a pregnancy text has turned out to be positive. Is it possible that I am pregnant or is it that my body is living with the last pregnancy that I miscarried?

I would say u r pregnant again, congrats. Im pretty sure your HCG level (the hormone which is produced when pregnant) would of gone completely down by now, but cant tell for sure! You should go and see your doctor :) Good luck

If you didn't have an HCG test after your miscarriage in late July, you'll have to see a doctor to have HCG levels drawn to tell if this is a new pregnancy, or a lingering HCG from the last recent pregnancy.

Yes It could be a new one. I had a miscarriage July 28 and my levels have been down to 0 for 2 weeks now. How far a long were you? All miscarriages are different, but If you feel pregnant then you should call your Doctor. Good Luck!!!
