Good Morning Ladies. I was wondering if anyone knew if after I pumped when the milk regenerates?

I would call La Leche League to ask this question because they'd know for sure, but I think it's an individual thing--I think pumping, like nursing, stimulates production, but I couldn't even guess how long an individual may take to produce more milk.

I was told at least one hour by my midwife, although I usually pump immediately after a feed so it is at least 2 1/2 hours until next feed so my breasts are nice and full again when babe is ready to feed.
