Can I use canestin cream under my breasts to clear up a heat rash?

This is from the Canesten website. Sounds pretty safe unless you are using it in the vagina, and even then it sounds pretty safe. However, it never hurts to call in and ask, even when something looks very safe.

Can I use Canesten® while pregnant?
Hormonal changes during pregnancy increase the risk of vulvovaginal fungal infections which should be treated immediately. Although this is a classic condition for self-medication, it is highly recommended that pregnant women consult a physician before starting treatment.
Canesten itself is not known to cause any damage and can be used safely during pregnancy.
