red spots on tongue
My daughter has red spots on her tongue.  Is this something that should cause me concern?  Is there any thing I should to help her?  She does not seem to be in pain and has been eating.

Call your pediatics office --just to be safe and explain to them what you see.  Are they swollen--small spots--anywhere else in the mouth or just on tongue?

I took my son into the doctor for red spots on his tongue. It ended up being swollen taste buds from something he had eaten. You should take your daughter into the doctor because 'strawberry tongue' can also be caused by some illnesses like scarlett fever. Check her other symptoms and call your doctor just to be safe.
