reverse tubal

I am a 56 yr old woman stll having her periods and have remarried a 45 yr old man that wants a baby. What are my chances to having a reverse tubal and then conceiving?

Virtually impossible, not because of the tubal, but because of your eggs.  We're born with all the eggs we are ever going to get (unlike men, who manufacture sperm pretty much their whole life).  So the eggs of a 56-year-old woman are 56 years old, and there is just too much chromosomal damage to them by now for an egg to even develop or implant if it did fertilize.  If you want to have a baby by him, you could do IVF with a donor egg.  There are not a lot of IVF clinics who would take you (many have a cut-off age of 52), so you would have to do some shopping around.
