rolling over

My 10 1/2 week old rolled from her stomach to her back last night!!  I'm wondering if it's possible that she reached this milestone so early or if it was just a fluke because she was pretty upset and I layed her down on her stomach to soothe her and she instantly tensed her arms and rolled over.  I don't know if it was just a reaction to being so upset, or if she is actually ready to be doing this!!  I tried to get her to do it again once she calmed down, but no luck.  Any ideas

my friend's baby has been rolling belly to back since he was a few weeks old. he hated his belly and would get pissed and roll whenever he was put on his belly.
