septic ovaries

DEF: infection of the ovaries in which will have to be removed.
I dont have them but my doc is unsure of himself so just for my own comfort i have to ask If i have an infection i would keep bleeding with a smell rite? i think im i the clear but this is new for my doc and he is worried had me on antibiotics that are making me halucinate and an insomniac. I fel normal again accept im more agitated but im still prety sad and scared this will happen again. also if im not bleeding anymore( havent for 24 hours and was just old blood for a day b4. I cant get pregnant already can i? should i wait to play or am i ok to do my do? Thanx everyone for your help i had no one to talk to about stuff as my mom is very far away and i am alone one this 'cept my man it is comforting to talk to people who know first hand about this stuff.
