sex 10 months after baby

My son is now 11 months old, my boyfriend and I finally had sex since he's been born. I just started getting normal periods and usually get it between the first and second week of every month. It's now the 2nd week of May and we had sex about a week and a half ago and I was having symptoms that my period was coming 2 weeks ago but since having sex no symptoms and no period. Could having sex after that long have delayed my period?? Please help cuz it's freakin me out!
