sharp pain in lower abdomen sinec 4-5 days?????????

Hi,
i am on the 24th day of my  4th clomid cycle. Af is due on 10th of nov. since 4-5 days i am feeling sharp pain and heaviness in my abdominal region, the pain is not unbearable but i can feel that there is some sharp pain, cramps..........i dont know.while walking and working i can feel it very well
monday i am planning to have a dr. appt. has anyone exp this

It could be Ovulation pains but not sure. b/c i don't think it should be lasting more than a day or so.

I am 28 years of age and for the past year I have been getting very sharp pain that lasts no longer than 5 seconds.  
It most commonly occurs in my lower right abdomen but on occation does occur in my lower left abdomen.  The frequency  for which it occurs changes. I can go a week with no pain and the next week I can get the pain twice daily (usually no more than twice a day).  These sharp short waves of pain alway catch me off guard and are very intense.  
I have regular periods and I have recieved two full abdomen ultrasound where doc. says everything looks fine.  
Does anyone have any suggestions as to the possiblities of what this might be???
