should i worry HELP!

I'm almost seven weeks I had two u/s at six and they couldn't see the fetal pole/baby in the yolk sack should I be worried I'm not spotting but I have been in pain which is why they are doing so many u/s I'm scared has anyone heard of this someone help plz

it could possibly be blighted ovum, i had this before. The sac continues to grow but baby doesn't develop. Could it also be possible that your dates are a bit off ? you could just be too early to see much else. xx

I've had two blighted ova also,  but I'm concerned about your pain with no spotting.  

Are they looking for an ectopic pregnancy,  do you know?  Pain with no miscarriage bleeding is kind of unusual  in a normal miscarriage of a blighted ovum.
