sinus infection?

I think I might have a sinus infection and I'm 36 weeks pregnant, I go to the doc today but I was just woundering if she will be able to give me anything to take that is safe?

Have any of you had a sinus infection while pregnant and did you take anything?

Try using saline solution it really does help.  I use Ocean Premium saline nasal spray.  It seems to help relieve the symptoms without the drugs.

I just got over a sinus thing... my doc told me I could take Tylenol Sinus (which helped out a lot).  I am in my 36th week as well and missed 2 days of work b/c my head felt like it was going to explode.  

My doc also told me I could take:
Robutuson DM (and another one I can't remember right now)
Sudafed
and pretty much any Tylenol product

I still have a bit of a cold, but the sinus thing was only really bad for about 2-3 days.    Just make sure that you watch your temperature.  You don't want it going over 100.4 (start taking Tylenol if it starts to raise).
