stress????

stress????

Hello everyone. Right now I have alot of stress in my life and I'm five and a half weeks pregnant. I'm trying just to relax but can't. This is major stress to. Part of it is the divorce and custidy fights I'm going through with my ex-husband and the other is something that I really don't want to talk about but is bothering me majorally.  I was just wondering if anyone knew some ways to relieve alot of stress while you are pregnant. I'm really scared all this will cause a miscarrege or something else that maybe I can prevent by reduces my stress levels. Any input would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks.  Tracy

Hello Wilus,

You are obviously aware that you are stressed, and for the sake of your unborn child will need to take things and life easy. I am sorry about your divorce and all, but please try to clear your mind of everything around you, if you need to treat yourself to a relaxation day at the spa, then I will suggest you do that. It is well with you. Good luck

Thankyou. I'm trying so hard to just relax and keep my mind clear. I don't think I have ever been this stressed out before. Hopefully everything is over pretty soon so it will help. Thanks.  Tracy

Hi. Im to going through a divource but lucky no stress from it. Except he hasnt sent it of yet and my partner and I want to get engaged.
Ive got two children and sometimes find I get a little stressed. When they are at school and kindy I take time out for myself. Have a nice warm bubble bath and read a good book. If other things need to be done just leave them. Looking after yourself is more important. When the kids are at there dads in the weekend I dont do much at all. Ive got a good book and on Saturday I didnt get up until 1.30 in the afternoon and I feel good for it.
Good luck and take care of yourself.
