Hello everyone. Right now I have alot of stress in my life and I'm five and a half weeks pregnant. I'm trying just to relax but can't. This is majorMajor tears Major-gesic stress to. Part of it is the divorce and custidy fights I'm going through with my ex-husband and the other is something that I really don't want to talk about but is bothering me majorally. I was just wondering if anyone knew some ways to relieve alot of stress while you are pregnant. I'm really scared all this will cause a miscarrege or something else that maybe I can prevent by reduces my stress levels. Any input would be greatly apprieciated. Thanks. Tracy

Ive got two children and sometimes find I get a little stressed. When they are at school and kindy I take time out for myself. Have a nice warm bubble bath and read a good book. If other things need to be done just leave them. Looking after yourself is more important. When the kids are at there dads in the weekend I dont do much at all. Ive got a good book and on Saturday I didnt get up until 1.30 in the afternoon and I feel good for it.
