Drink lots and lots of water, lie down, keep your feet elevated and cut out the salt.  Sorry!!!  I know all that water will make you pee a lot but that's the only way to help get rid of the fluids!!!

awwww...yeah I know its uncomfortable. I was terribly swollen with DD#1.  All you can really do at this point is put your feet up and try to relax. Definitely watch your salt intake. Even things like sodas, etc have a lot of sodium in them.

It looks like from your picture that you are pregnate, is your blood presure normally high?

the water is a good idea, just becareful.   you said you had like 4 bottles of water in a few hours...if you drink to much at one time (like over a gallon) it can actually have adverse reactions and actually be toxic... drink it just pace yourself and keep it steady, not large spirts.  hope you feel better soon.

Hope you are feelin better today.  If the swelling has not gone down or keeps getting worse,  please call your dr because that is a sign of pre-eclampsia.  I dont want to worry you but at the same time I want you to be safe!
