Honestly, your blood is flowing at a faster rate, it is normal for your gentials to swell, early on in pregnancy I noticed I was swollen as well.

Alot of women have a surge of hormones during pregnancy, hormones will make you do abnormal things, for example crave sex.....

i havent been here that long.  from what i have been reading from people that have been here much longer it is a pretty regular thing.  i didnt believe them until now.  i have noticed more of people writing a lot to make things really clear and get the most accurate responses.
