symptoms of pregnancy

i had a pregnancy test done about two weeks ago it was neg. before i took the test i had been very nauseated and was craving everything, getting dizzy and feeling weepy. i took the test and it was negative the symptoms continue i have not had a period for months i am now cramping on my lower left side and am spotting, i am also lactating could i be pregnant? i hav also been on depo for about three months but wasn't using any other protection before that nor am i now.
