three white dots boy or girl on an ultrasound

I was reading tacha560's blog and I was wondering if she ever got confirmation of the babies sex? I too had an ultrasound and I say three white dots between the babies legs (I was only 12 weeks 5 days) my doctor said if he had to guess he would guess boy. So I was wondering what the sex of your baby turned out to be. Anyone else with any thoughts...........

I always heard 3 white lines means girl HTH's...

yes that's what i heard too. three dots/lines for girls.

yes three lines means girl 2 for boy anyway 12 weeks may have been a little early goodluck.

Thanks girls but, I didn't see white lines I saw three white dots almost like a triangle. Thoughts...........

I had three white dots on all of my ultrasounds and was told it was a girl and it was!

They told me also dots meant a girl and they were right...
