took the i-pill, no bleeding,chance of pregnancy?

i had sex with my gf wearing a condom, suddenly her vagina started to hurt and after 2 days there was slight bleeding, after 50 hrs of the intercourse she took the i-pill but there is NO bleeding even after 20 hrs after she took the pill, kindly suggest what to do, is she pregnant? after 48 hrs of the intercourse, she took an test on prega-kit & it came out to be +ve, plz tell are there any chances she is pregnant or not?
