Hi!! I'm 18 weeks pregnant and scheduled for an u/s on Tuesday on my right breast. I've noticed some changes over the last few weeks--the right one seems lumpier than the left one. My Dr. feels that this is due to being pregnant and probably isn't anything to worry about---easier said than done. Has anyone else experienced anything like this during pregnancy??
I have had a problem with a large lumpLumps in the breasts in my left beast but not while pregnant. I went for a mamogram (mammogram) and then an u.s as I am only 23. It turned out to be glandular tissue. I can still feel the lumpLumps in the breasts now. It is prominent but the only time it gets bigger is when I am sick or run down. So there are other explainations for lumpsLumps in the breasts so try not to worry and wait and see.
Being pg will change your breast tissue--especially if you were a little more lumpy to start with. I know my doctor would check for me--but since I was his patient for a while he deemed everything was normal for me by just a self exam. I hope the same for you.
