my mucus plug was clear and colorless. Green is a sign of an infection so I would say that is not normal. I would call your gyno/ob.

my mucus plug was colored, it was a greenish brown color....mine came out in pieces, so it wasnt like one big plug, just mucus like discharge for a couple weeks before i delivered, i didnt have an infection, but its always safe to tell your doctor about the color just to be on the safe side....but it sounds pretty normal to me
