what happens after the miscarriage?

ok i am almost a month pregnant i have been having abdominal pain and have been bleeding alot i am worried about my baby and i am really wondering what REAL symptoms i would have and honestly i want to prove my boyfriend wrong in the situation and ell him this is not our second child we are losing
