Hcg is the pregnancy hormone and mIU is a unit of measurement. What is your hcg level? Everyone is different as far as numbers but in a healthy preg. your numbers should double or triple every couple of days. My level at 4 weeks was 88 and three days later it was 375. I'm having twins so my numbers may or may not be higher than yours.

At what point in your pregnancy were you able to determine you were having twins?
