Just take it out when the baby is nursing, you can put it back in when she is done.  No need to keep it out forever.

thank u so i can keep it in when i in labor or if im in pain???

I would remove them right after the birth or in labor, since you will not be thinking of it much later. Some women just remove them to nurse and put them back afterwards, but when you get engorged it could be painful.

i took both of mine out when i was almost 3 months preggo. the soreness and the growth of my boobies were just too much. the piercings only irritated me. if you can handle it, i see no need to take them out until you start nursing.

i took mine out when i was about 6 months pregnant with my first baby, be careful because my holes till havent closed and its been about 3 years, and my milk comes out really fast out of those holes, so baby can choke....my first baby didnt have a problem with the extra holes lol but the new baby seems to choke more often

Don't they usually advise you to remove any jewelry of any kind before going into the hospital?  Just in case they would need to do an emergency surgery?  When I had surgery in Nov, I even had to take off my toe rings.  They haven't fit right since.  argh
But I'd check with your doctor and ask.
