Hi,Anyone can help me with my ?. Married for 3 yrs. no birthcontrols pills, unprotected sex with my hubby, want to get pregnant but no luck until now. I bought a digital ovulation test but was wondering which is good the digital or the basal? Also, hubby has a low sperm count, don't know what to do excpt what the dr. told us to use boxer shorts and something else.We did all that but still no baby yet.Thingking of clomid but do I have to wait or go ahead and make appt. to specialist. Am worried because my hubby had 2 kids before I married him. Last yr. my Dr. said everything was fine, uterus is good and cervix as well. I really need some miracles here. Please, anyone help me on what to do. I never been pregnant and 'am 28 and looking for my very first so soon God please, hear me!

Okay, let me see if I can answer you. First of all, did you mean that you bought a digital thermometer in order to figure out when You are ovulating?? I looked, and couldn't find anything about a digital Ovulation test. So, if that is what you are talking about, I myself use a regular Digital thermometer to track my basal body temperature, but it's said that you should use the Basal thermometer for more accurate results. It's been my experience that as long as the thermometer goes to a tenth of a degree that it will be just fine.  I go to my regular OB for Clomid, as do many other women that I know. They can do up to a certain amount, which will probably depend on your Dr. Mine will do IUI (Intrauterine Insemination) before sending anyone to a specialist. You might consider doing that in combination with Clomid since your Hubby has low sperm count. Did they repeat the SA to make sure he has low sperm count, or are they going off of one test? That should always be repeated to allow for lab mistakes, amongst other things. You can also use what's called an OPK (Ovulatin predictor Kit) to predict when Ovulation will occur. This in combination with the basal body temperature should be able to accurately pinpoint exactly when you ovulate after 2 or 3 cycles.

I hope I was able to answer your question!!!
