In 1992 I had a abortion, and then in 1997 I had my first my miscarriage which I never received any answer to the questions I had concerning the lost. Just recenty I became pregnant again and through my fourth month was having I typically normal pregnacy until I woke up to a ruptured membrane.  After speaking with my doctor and the specialist who both reassured my that it wasn't my fault I still feel as if enough hasn't been done. My question for you is should I be seeking some form of testing before I become pregnant again, and what are some general causes of membrances ruptering at 17 weeks.
