Blocked Tube

On Thursday, April 22, 1999 I had an HSG performed to determine if both my fallopian tubes were open.  This is my second HSG.  On my first HSG  both tubes spilled and filled just fine.  However, after the birth of a baby my second HSG didn't go as well.  My left tube did not fill at all.  I already have to use Pergonal to ovulate and I am wondering how this will affect my chances to become pregnant the second time.  Also, what caused this? Could it be scar tissue from a C-section?  Help.
