Blood Pregnancy Tests

How early can a blood pregnancy test detect a pregnancy? I'm scheduled for a IVP later this week but before they perform this test, I have to test negative for pregnancy. I'm scheduled for the blood pregancy test today which is my 21st day of my cycle.

A beta HCH level should be detectable 9-11 days after fertilization.
