Could I be pregnant? I hope

by Rachel__0, Apr 06, 1999 12:00AM

I am 29 years old and have regular 28 day periods.I have 2 other children 1with my husband. I never had to think about getting pregnant it always just happened so now I have a few questions. According to my cycle I should have ovulated on 4/2. My husband and I had intercourse on 3/31 and 4/1. My questions are. Could I be pregnant? Does your body know you are pregnant as soon as the sperm hits the egg or at implantation? My breast usually swell and get sore 1-2 weeks before my period. If that happens should I assume that I am not pregnant? If ovulated on 4/3 or 4/4 with the dates I have given could I still be pregnant. I am over weight how much could this affect conception?( I have very regular periods)

  Thank you so much

Dear Rachel,
I recommend a home pregnancy test 3 days after you missed your period.
