Effects of Dental Work and Swimming on conception

I am scheduled to have some dental work done at my expected time
of ovulation in April.  Would the local anesthesia cause problems if I
conceived at that time?
Also, does swimming in a chlorinated swimming pool during the days of
and around ovulation affect the chances of conceiving.  We will be
on vacation around the time of ovulation in May and am wondering
if I should stay out of the water.
Thanks.
