Fifth Disease & Fever

My daughter broke out in a 5th disease rash 2 weeks ago.  Since then, on and off, she has had fever (around 100).  She has been to the doctor 2 times and they have tested her blood.  That test came back normal, and they think she has had 2 viruses.  She is coughing alot, especially at night.  Do you think I need to be concerned?  I am worried because the fever won't go away?  Could this be related to 5th disease?  Any info would be helpful.
