I am a patient with a strong family history (maternal and paternal side) with heart disease, chronic vascular disease.  I have had high cholesterol since my 20's  . When not on medication it is as high as 360.  I have no other known health problems.  I recently had a misacarrige (no known reason)  I am now wondering how risky is it to become pregnant with cholesterol that high, since levels do rise during pregnancy and I cant take the medication. My ob gyn was actually underconcerened in my opionion. Any advise would be of interest. Thank you
