Infertility History HELP!!

  I am 31 years old. Here is my infertility history:
  1. Endometrial cyst 5 cm  left ovary - surgery removed cyst, part of ovary
  2. Ectopic pregnancy in left tube - surgery removed tube
  3. Drugs taken - fertinex - no more than 1 egg at a time
  4. Artificial insemination - 2 times
  Results to date have been 3 "blighted ovums" hormone levels really low 22 - 50.
  Any advice ??

Infertility associates with endometriosis. Ectopic pregnancy associates with adhesions that can be a consequence of endometriosis and ovarian endometriosis surgery.
You have had 3 "blighted ova" which is also 3 early pregnancy losses. Thus, issues to consider are: uterine cavity issues such as septum or scar; endometrial issues such as chronic endometritis and luteal phase defect; genetic issues such as balanced translocation carrier; endocrine issues such as thyroid disorders; immune issues such as anticardiolipin and lupus anticoagulant or less common autoimmune diseases.
