Miscarriage bound

  I have had 3 miscarriages all in the 1st trimester. I would like to know what can be done to prevent this from happening again. Maybe it would help if i give my blood type of A-rh neg.

Repeated early miscarriage (recurrent abortion) requires a series of tests to understand: progesterone level in the second half of the menstrual cycle and early pregnancy which support the uterine lining; shape of the inside of the uterus; genetics of husband and wife for chromosome patterns that, when passed on to the next generation, are not normal; endocrine problems (example, thyroid disorders); immune problems (example, lupus anticoagulant); infections (example, listeria).
When a cause is found, it is often treatable.
