OVARIAN CYST DURING PREGNANCY

I have suffered from ovarian cysts for over 10 years & have had many
laparoscapies(?).For years i believed that i couldn't fall pregnant,but
now i'm 14 weeks.my problem is that i have cysts on both my ovaries
causing unbelievable pain.My right ovary is so bad that when the pain comes
it doubles me over & i can't move.My gyno told me it would drop out after
12 weeks but it hasn't & the pain has gotten worse.Is this true (re what
my gyno told me).Is there anything that i can do to subside the pain &
help it burst naturally without undergoing another operation?
