Pediatric pyloric stenosis with milk protein/food allergies with inflamed nasal

My daughter 7mths weighs 15lbs. Has constant rhinitis wchich often goes into her chest since 4mths.  Had severe allergic reactions to all formulas(including breast milk) from colic, eczema, severe itching,projectile vomitus, stools ranging from green diarhea (diarrhea) to black pellets with anal fissures.  Her stomach gets tight and hard after eating, she cries through the night choking and with coaghing and labored breathing.  The Otolaryngologist stated her problem is GI related.  I have taken her to the emergency room and asked them to admit her to observe her behavior.  I have been referred to Pediactric GI and an allergist.  I can not get appoinments until March or April.
what can I do in the meantime to give my child comfort.  She often has black circles under her eyes from lack of sleep.  she has to sleep at an angle.  It is unbelievable. Also she maintained the same weight since 5months, she gained 1pd at 7mths, then lost it in a period of 2 days.
I am not a physician but I have researched and I believe my daughter has the problems listed above.  Please advise.
