Progesterone supplements and bleeding in early pregnancy

Hi.  I had a son May 98 as a result of clomid therapy and IUI along with progesterone supplementation through 10 weeks of pregnancy.  I also lost a twin in this pregnancy.   I'm on my second pregnancy--by accident amazingly-- and the dr has put me back on the progesterone supplements as a precautionary measure because of my history.  I'm accustomed to the white discharge associated with the vaginal progesterone, but last night it had a brown tinge to it.  I'm concerned since this didn't happen with my first pregnancy.  Is this considered spotting?  It hasn't even come out on a panty liner--just when wiped with tissue.  I've had 3 hcgs that have doubled nicely but started out on the low side.  I repeated one this morning.  I'm only 5 weeks so an ultrasound wouldn't help much.  What I want to know is "Would what I've described be considered 'spotting' and if so is this normal at my stage of pregnancy?"  I realize that I'm extremely paranoid, but I just want to have a normal pregnancy for once in my life!!  Thanks.
