normalNormal saline flush" period on your own is 6 weeks. Thus, the most likely explanation for a delay in starting your period, symptoms such as acne and cramps, and a negative pregnancy test is an effect of taking part of a package of birth control pills.
If a normal menstrual period does not start by 6 weeks from the last bleeding or the bleeding is not "like a normal period", blood tests to rule out pregnancy will be important.
