I had a baby 9 months ago.  I breastfeed for the first three months.
I was also put on the pill.  Ever since my baby was born my periods have
not yet been regular.  My doctor said your period after breastfeeding
could be irregular for up to a year after breastfeeding.  I am currently on
Zoloft for a bad case of postpardum depression. And to be honest I have never
taken my birth control pills regularly.  (I've been on the same pack of
pills for 3 12 months)  I am not 2 weeks late if my periods were regular.
I have gone into the doctor's office 3 months in a row for preg. tests.
I don't want to bother them again if I do not have to.  I have been getting
some symptoms of pregnancy, but they also can be dismissed as the starting
of a period.  SHould I wait a little longer?  What do you think?

When you are taaking birth control pills it is very important to take them every day for them to be effective.  By skipping days, you will naturally have irregular bleeding from not taking the pills.  It is possible for you to be pregnant.  You need to talk to your provider about this, and have a discussion about whether this is the best birth control option for you.
