I was wondering if it was true that if you have been on the pill for a while, and you never before have had children, that it can affect your chances of getting pregnanat when you decide to.
If you have no fertility problems can the pill cause them, or make them worse???
Thanks!

There is a documented delay in getting pregant for women on the pills compared to women not taking the pills.  This delay may be greater in women women > 30 year who have never given birth.   But the good news is that the number getting pregnant in the end is almost identical.  or  despite the delay, there is no evidence of infertility.  There is no increase in miscarriages or other problems with pregnancy.  The pill does not cause fertility problems..
