Susannah, like you, my doctor could not detect a fetal pole, but the gestational sac was definitely there (measuring .9 cm by 2.2 cm.). No yolk sac inside to speak of at that time though.... hi i had an ultrasound at 7 weeks and they saw a gest sac and yolk sac but did think they saw a fetal pole-I am extrememly worried. HCG Fri-48,000 and on Mon was 58000 so that looks good-HELP
