My five months old baby, has just started with solids, previously he was eating only soya formula, but recently he looks constipated, he strain too much and to ofen, could this be related to his new diet, should I give him something special, your help will be appreciated.

My daughter was that way, even when only on formula, so I added 4 ounces of fruit juice(pear, apple) to her diet per day. This really helped out alot.  Although all babies are different, it may not work with yours, but it certainly cant hurt, right?
