is it possible to be pregnant and it not show up on a home pregnancy test but when you goto the doctor and have a blood test you get a positive result?
I have all of the symptoms of pregnancy but when i took a home test it never showed up. ia asked a friend and she told me to goto the doctor because when she was pregnant with her son she was three months along and took several home tests that all gave negative results then she went to the doctor and got a positive result
does this still happen?

My Dr told me that home pregnancy tests are quite reliable - however he said that a positive result is never wrong and a negative result can be wrong. A blood test is much more accurate. Hope this helps!
