i am a 25 year old female who gave birth by c-section 14 months ago.  although i am breastfeeding and have been having regular menstrual cycles for about 6 months, i have been having symptoms of pregnancy including, nausea, lightheadedness, kicking and moving in the abdominal area around the clock and a heavy sensation sometimes, enlarged abdomen (although i still have not lost all of the baby weight).
my question is this,  is it possible to have regualr menstrual cycles while you are pregnant (my mother swears that she had regular menstrual cycles into her 6 month of pregnancy with her last child)
i had a doctor pregnancy test in september (blood), it was negative
could these be symptoms of fibroids, "IBS"???
i need help asap, because i'm nursing and concerned that if i am pregnant baby could be harmed
