I have been off the pill for 4 months and began having regular 30 day cycles immediately.  This last month, however, I had an anovulatory cycle that was 45 days in length.  Should my cycle resume back to a 30 day cycle or can I expect more anovulatory cycles?  This is making it difficult to predict my fertile time.  Thanks.

I am right there with you. You were lucky to have had such
regular cycles right off the bat.  Question is, how long
were you on the pill?  A midwife, NFP teaching friend of
mine holds that getting normal after being on the pill
can take up to half as long as you were on it.  I think
you very well could have irregular cycles again.
Also, do you look for CF to anticipate fertile times?
If you are having any, that's supposed to be the best
indicator, rather than presupposing based on past
cycles.
