I am not a doctor. During my pregnancy I developed High Blood pressurePressure ulcer. They made me lay on my left side because you have better ciculation and oxygen is better for the baby. Most womenWomen's way do not get Pregnancy induced high blood pressurePressure ulcer. I did find by putting a pillow under my belly that my muscles did not hurt so much in the morning . I was realy tiny when I got pregnant and the bigger I got the more my abdominal muscles would hurt in the morning. I wish you all the luck. Keep reading books they seemed to help me alot with the questions I had.
