My six year old daughter had a sore throat for three days
with no fever or any other symptoms. On the 4th day she
devoloped a rash over her trunk and legs.(tiny but condensed
bumps-very itchy) Could this be contagious? I did not take
her to the Dr. because she did not seem to feel bad.

My children and myself experienced those symtoms (symptoms) about 6 months ago.  It turned out to be 5th's Disease, also known as Parvo-Virus.
It is contagious but you can only get it one time.  I understand it can be more uncomfortable for adults.  I experienced painful joints and
swelling.  This lasted a few months for me.  Most people have this illness in their childhood.  My children's rash started on their cheeks.
They sometimes call it slapped cheek illness due to their appearance.  There is no treatment.  It just needs to run its course.
There are many things that can cause a rash but maybe this will help you
in your search.
