I have heard that a higher hCG level in the early stagies of pregnancy it may indicate a mmultiple birth. Does anyone have any info on this?  Thankyou

The amounts of human chorionic gonadotropin (hCG) in blood and urine in twin pregnancy are on average, higher than those found with a singleton pregnancy but not so high as to allow a definite diagnosis.
