Signs of Pregnancy

I have been on the pill for four years and have been pretty good about taking it every day. The past two months I missed a pill here and there (one or two) but took them the next morning as soon as I awoke.  This month I missed two days in a row and took three on the day I realized.  I had sex a couple of times during that time. I'm not supposed to get my period for another week and a half so I know it's early to wonder if I am or even to check with a urine test. The only sign I have had is fatigue and breast tenderness. For the past week my breast have been very sore and tender around my nipples. Could someone tell me what my chances of being pregnant are and what are the early signs of pregnancy. Should I worry now?  I wouldn't be scared or anything-I recently got married!!

There are lots of vital pieces of information missing here.  If you are taking a very low dose birth control pill missing two days may be enough to trigger ovulation.  However, generally women taking the pill for extended years are generally at low risk when missing two and making them up on day three.  Still, continue the packet of pills and see if menses begins during the fourth week.  If not by end of day seven take a home pregnancy test using your first morning specimen.  If there are any medical concerns related to a pregnancy see your health care provider soon to confirm the pregnancy.  Cannot make diagnosis without patient history or physical exam this must always come from your health care provider.
