  I was wondering if I could be pregnant.  My last regular period was on
  Dec.17/98.  On the 22nd of Jan. I had some blood only when I went to
  the bathroom. I was wondering if this could mean that I'm pregnant or not
  Please help me...

Some womwn will have light bleeding around the time of implantayion  into the uterus.  This would have been about the right time if your cycles are regularly about 28-30 days apart.  A pregnancy test would be positive about the time you would expect your next cycle.
